Kyanna Wilkinson Studio Creations has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item (non original artwork) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The receipt or proof of purchase is also needed.

To start a return, you can contact the artist at kyannawilkinson@gmail.com, and label the subject line “RETURN”. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible to ship the item back.

Damages & Issues

This may include original artwork.

Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that the issue and can be put right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase.

Refunds

You will be notified once the return item is received and inspected. The return item has to be inspected before concluding if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank provider to process and post the refund in your account.
